The PhaseCam® 4020HP dynamic laser interferometer includes a high power, 25 mW HeNe laser for low reflectivity (<1%) measurement setups, such as measuring aspheres using Computer Generated Holograms (CGHs).
The PhaseCam 4020HP incorporates a single camera, high-speed optical phase sensor that makes a wavefront measurement in less than 30 microseconds—hundreds of times faster than a temporal phase shifting interferometer. Because acquisition time is so short, the PhaseCam can be used without vibration isolation or turbulence control, making it ideally suited for use on the production floor, in clean rooms and in environmental test chambers.The PhaseCam 4000 MW dynamic laser interferometer was designed for aligning and phasing the next generation of multiple mirror telescope systems. The PhaseCam MW uses multiple wavelengths to measure large steps, with a 1000 x 1000 achromatic phase sensor capable of measuring features up to 10 mm deep. Fast multi-wave acquisition in as little as 30 microseconds allows measurement even in the presence of vibration and air turbulence.
The PhaseCam MW's utility extends to applications where vibration prohibit the use of conventional laser interferometers, such as in-line process control. Other applications such as measuring the relative tilt and height of MEMS structures benefit from the PhaseCam MW's large dynamic range.
