A. Fawcett Precision Engineers was originally founded by David Peaker in 1983 and registered under the name of A. Fawcett Toolmakers (1983) Ltd. The Company was named after Arthur Fawcett who had subsequently sold the business to Mr Peaker. The business began to grow and in 1987 acquired a much larger purpose built factory in Elland near Halifax.
