AAI Corporation was founded in 1950. Today, we are a global corporation providing a vast array of innovative aerospace and defense technologies. Our products and services include unmanned aircraft and ground control technologies; high-fidelity training and simulation systems; automated aerospace test and maintenance equipment; armament systems; and logistical, engineering, supply chain and operational support services. AAI became an operating unit of Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. company, in late 2007. United Industrial Corporation, AAI’s parent company, was publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange until its acquisition by Textron.
