With experience we have identified the region and manufacturers who can provide our clients with the optimum combination of Quality, prompt delivery and price. New suppliers are continuously added to our database. These new suppliers are visited by our team and interviewed to understand their capabilities and suitability for the client?s market. We work with reliable manufacturers who have invested in modern manufacturing equipment. All our suppliers employ strict quality control procedures. Continuous Supplier and Product Information update To keep our clients abreast of developments our management has a policy of keep getting educated. In addition to regular meeting with existing suppliers to learn what''s new and to get information on what they are exporting where. Our managers visit Trade Fairs and websites on continuous basis to find new product and suppliers. This information is sent to our clients on a regular basis. Quality Control and Inspection Though the manufacturers we work with are dependable and have strong quality control procedures we inspect each order before shipment. Meeting Local Standards We aim to meet the standards / requirements for our customer?s market. Clients should inform us the quality requirements/standards that need to be met for their market to allow us to ensure that the product supplied meet the requirements. Shipping Samples Shipping samples (from the bulk) are sent to the client for approval. We have learnt that this process of sending shipping samples allows the customer to approve the quality. In addition the prompt receipt of shipping samples allows our clients to start selling the product well before the goods arrive. Empowering the customer to assess the market and place re-orders sooner and increase their profitability. Following the Clients Order Our experienced team follow each order - Order placement, Finance, Packing, Labeling, design, colors, sending photos to client, shipping samples, lab tests, communication with the supplier for prompt delivery, inspection, checking quantities per item as per ordered, negotiating freight rate, booking the shipment space, prompt shipment, etc to ensure the order is moving as scheduled. This process carries great importance for us as there are too many variables that can go wrong. We call this holding the order until we pass it to the hands of the customer. Meeting Shipment Dates A careful attention is paid to shipment dates specified by our client and the customer is provided with regular status updates and shipment samples before the vessel arrives. Documentation Our Documentation Department follows through to ensure the customer receives documents on time in the format required.
