The adsorber is used for exhaled medical xenon utilization during an anesthesia. Being an integral part of the narcosis unit, the adsorber prevents workplace air pollution and protects medical personnel from anesthetic influence. The adsorber high capacity enables to utilize up to 500 liters of Xe in one unit. This capacity corresponds to 15 two-hour narcosis.
Contents. The adsorber design is governed by the RF Patents №2102088 of 20.01.98 and № 2102068 of 20.01.98 and has no analogs in other countries. By its design the xenon adsorber is represented by two coaxial thin-walled stainless steel cylinders. Space between the cylinders is filled with an adsorbent agent for exhaled vapors and CO2 absorption. Xenon itself is accumulated in the internal cylinder space, filled with a special agent. Parameters. Outside diameter of the adsorber body – 200 mm, height – 950 mm. Gross weight – up to 15 kg. Preparation time – 3 minutes. Power supply is not required.
