Demonstrable quality Not only the diversity of product range, the technical innovation, and the creativity of our employees have to be correct but also the quality. So the term ISO 9001 is not foreign to us. Already in 1994, Albert Ackermann GmbH + Co. KG received the ISO 9001 certification. In order to secure and to constantly improve the quality of our products and services on a long-term basis, we put a lot in motion: approximately 50 audits in specialized departments per year, an annual supervisory audit by the German Technical Control Board (T?V), as well as a new certification audit every three years are to be carried out so that quality and working life are kept demonstrably in tune. For our customers this means the security of being able to rely on Ackermann clino. For us, the basis for our success as a brand is the aspiration to give the highest possible quality and customer satisfaction. An annual customer satisfaction analysis carried out by an independent institute gives us decisive information on whether any improvements need to be made.
