Albion Electric Stores is located in south Leeds, the warehouse is approximately 1,500sqm. On average there are over 6000 stock items with extensive product ranges in lighting, power control, wiring & security products, cables and Public Address equipment. Albion supports retailers, contractors, industrial users, local authorities and prides itself on the support offered to customers by having courteous and knowledgeable staff, comprehensive stock ranges, substantial stock levels and competitive prices. All staff are customer focused to ensure that in any event the customer never feels let down by Albion. The internal structure of employees allows for effective customer support by providing efficient handling of E-mail, telephone and fax requests via a dedicated telesales, customer support team or alternatively via trade counter for calling customers. All stock is regularly reviewed to ensure that the right products are stocked in depth. Across the range of products we work hard to ensure that we are able to satisfy most of our customers requirements from stock. With the additional support of many leading manufacturers items not available from stock are generally satisfied within a few days. Whilst recognising the importance of stock ranges the stock depths as not been compromised with effective stock levels being held. Generally over two months of average demand is kept on the shelf to ensure that the possibility of nil stock being kept to a minimum. For Leeds and surrounding areas all orders received for stock items prior to 11AM are delivered the same day. Where urgent requests for essential items are received after this time best efforts are made to ensure customers are not left disappointed. Deliveries are made by our own vehicles dependant on order size and destination, smaller orders sent via carrier depending upon the orders urgency. An efficient trade counter is open from 8AM until 5PM Monday Friday, 8AM 12PM Saturdays.
