The order-stroke pressing gives signal by coder, the order-pressure pressing gives signal by pressure relay, so it can meet various requirements. Fifth, the hydraulic system has multistage overload protection, oil temperature alarming, oil level alarming etc automatic alarming equipment. The electrical system adopts PLC controlling, it can insure the safe of equipment and the operator. Sixth, when press the working cylinder, we offer oil liquid according to mass flow prefill valve and drop tank, it can oil charge, oil enrich and oil return rapidly, which saves the time of forging assistant and enhances the production efficiency.
