Dried Tomatoes in oil are a classical Italian starter, or meal accompaniment, they could be added, minced, to pasta sauce, on pizzas, or simply with cheese.

Garlic puree is to use for garlic butter, sauce vinaigrette, steack St. Valentin, escargots, as ingredient in preparation of sauces and dishes.
