SEMI-AUTOMATIC TUBE FURNACES Semi-automatic facilities for galvanising tubes with a production capacity of up to 6,000 kg/hour and featuring: Loading table with manual regulator. Drying chamber featuring hot-air recirculation system preheated by combustion gases from the galvanising furnace. Machine to feed tubes into zinc bath. Galvanising furnace with metal crucible and electrical, gas or gas/oil heating systems with high-velocity and flat-flame burners. Extraction unit with external and internal blowing of tubes. Quenching trough (water) and tube collection cradle. Extractor cowl mounted over zinc bath to extract gases and smoke and incorporating a bag filter to separate solids. Accessories supplied with these furnaces include metal extractors, electric pumps to remove liquid zinc and electrical or pneumatically powered suspended centrifuges.
