The EZ-100H horizontal heat shrink sleeve label applicator (shown here with optional hopper system) is designed to sleeve small, unstable products that do not lend themselves to vertical heat shrink sleeving at speeds up to 90 containers per minute. It can handle product container widths from 5/16" to 1-5/8" and sleeve layflats up to 70 mm. This label applicator system includes a robust roller conveyor and integrated heat tunnel system. The unique roller conveyor design allows for product rotation during the heat shrink process for optimum shrink results. This fully automatic, continuous motion sleeve labeler machine utilizes minimal moving parts for high reliability and low maintenance. As with all Axon machinery, the EZ-100H can be easily integrated with existing lines or Axon Corporation can provide a complete system including heat shrink sleeve applicator, conveyor, and heat shrink tunnel.
