One Diesel or Gas burner to allow baking process.
Chains, plates speed and oven temperature, are appropriately measured to quickly develop the loaves and turn them into Arabic / Pita bread.
Baking Duration ranges from 20 to 40 seconds.
Electrical main control panel to systemize and operate all parts of the oven.
Frequency Inverter for controlling production speed and baking time.
