Isolated chamber comprising 5 continuous layers of best quality conveyors belts, with felt on top, to prevent dough from sticking. These European food grade conveyor belts strictly comply with international hygienic standards.
Sliding and transparent lateral plastic covers in order to preserve the needed heat and to allow the visible supervision during leavening process.
Required Leavening duration is from 10 to 20 minutes.
Frequency Inverter to control production speed and leavening time.
Automatically transports raised dough balls into flattener.
