DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Surface preparation: Initially sand the surface with coarse sand/water paper according to the type of surfaces to remove rust, dust and other loose/unwanted particles. Wipe the surface clean. Apply one coat primer after proper thinning and allow the paint to dry fully. Sand the surface again with less coarser sand/water paper lightly and wipe clean. Apply 2 coats appropriate primer giving overnight interval between the coats. Sand it again with Water Paper No.220/280. For wooden and metal surfaces apply 1 coat of Luxol Speed Coat Primer Surfacer with proper dilution and for wall surfaces apply 1 coat of solvent-base cement primer with ideal dilution. Allow it to dry fully. Sand the painted surface with Water Paper No. 80/400 lightly to make the surface smooth/undulation free. Before application of top coat, dilute the paint as mentioned above and strain it through clean cloth. Ensure the painting brush and mixing container are absolutely clean. Apply Luxol HG 2 to 3 coats to get rich, smooth, and high-gloss finish giving overnight interval between the coats.
Use felt roller to get an orange peel effect. Ensure surface pH value is within 7-11. Luxol Hi-Gloss enamel should not be used on damp surfaces or substrates subjected to continuous seepage.
