COMPANY PROFILE

For 25 years, BMF has been supplying the North American and European markets from greater China. Our factories produce ductile, grey, and malleable iron castings, along with aluminium, bronze and brass castings. We have tremendous versatility in terms of machining capability, ranging from simple lathing and grinding to complex CNC functions. BMF factories are ISO-9001:2000 certified (BSi) and we produce to International Standards such as ASTM, DIN, and BSI. We cast in a huge range of sizes, from products less than 1 inch in size to those over five feet in length. The industries we supply include gas & electric utilities, railroad, construction, transportation, and others.

WAREHOUSE / PRODUCTION CAPACITY

BMF is the exclusive China manufacturer for established industrial brands: companies requiring quality, precision, accountability, transparency and reliability in their suppliers. Most of our clients market complex industrial machinery, of which BMF supplies parts and components that help in lowering overall costs. BMF will develop any product that falls within our capability and scope of business. BMF will not develop products that compete with those of existing clients. INFRASTRUCTURE

Since our clients have very diverse product ranges, BMFs Shanghai-based supply-chain management office oversees product development, engineering, and sourcing functions across 20-plus factories that are part of the BMF affiliate network. Products here include batteries, motors, plastic injection-moulding, stamped steel parts, lost wax stainless steel castings, extruded and forged parts, and others.
