Equipped with a wooden dowel, dowel holders and knife arms which lock into open position; makes roll changing easy. Horizontal cutters can be mounted on a wall, counter, or under counter. Holds up to 9" diameter rolls. Vertical unit occupies approximately 14" x 14" of floor space. A great product.
