Braun is one of the oldest family owned manufacturers of industrial brushes in the United States (since 1875). We manufacture brushes using all known brush making techniques. Braun Brush Company has it's roots in Brooklyn. Our first brush manufacturing facility was established on Palmetto Street in 1875. Our second plant was located on 78th Street near Jamaica Avenue in Queens where our company prospered and remained for another thirty years until our most recent move to Albertson, Nassau County in 1977. Braun Brush Co. is among New York's oldest manufacturing companies. We remain a family owned business operated by Lance Cheney, great-grandson of Emanuel Braun, founder of Braun Brush Company.
