Grey and nodular cast iron products Products of GG Realisable from the single 10 kg to the maximum 5,000 kg hand-moulded cast part. Even with small quantities involved, our moulding plants can still produce cast parts in the 0.2 to 100 kg range. The spectrum of casting materials extends from EN-GJL-200 up to EN-GJL-300 (DIN EN 1561-defined material specifications). Specially customized alloys round off our range of materials. We can produce hand-moulded cast iron parts weighing up to approx. 4,000kg. Just as with the grey cast iron parts, our moulding plants produce spheroidal ones weighing between 0.2 and 100 kg. Here the casting materials spectrum extends from EN-GJS-400-18 to EN-GJS-800-2 (DIN EN 1563-defined material specifications).
