Finished leveller with pouring containment by perimeter sheets, to be laid into the dock with front wall and slab conform to drawing. To be levelled at final pavement and cast.
The platform is protected from aggressives by a cover that is eliminated at the end of the wet-trades. The dock levellers are supplied with full rubber bumpers 60 mm wide, 120 depth and 350 mm high. They demand the same buildin reservations of the pre-fabricated pits.
the campisacast dock leveller is to be installed at the beginning of the wet-trades.
anchoring of pit edges: of particular importance is the innovative patented system of anchoring the two sides, whose pit edge stays sealed in the concrete which passes through the large holes.
the head, which is the most stressed mechanical part during the loading of the goods, is provided with robust clamps that remain strongly bound to the floor nets, being positioned one above and one below them.
deck: anti slip almond steel with robot welded stringers. The dock levellers comes with perimeter sendzimir sheets for the containment of the concrete cast. The dock leveller must be nailed to the slab with expansion bolts and fixed to the rim before the cement cast.
swivelling lip: 360 mm of standard length, optional 430 mm (the two dimensions fully protrude out the dock rim).
en 1398 concentrated capacity: 6. 000 kg – 9. 000 kg (10. 000 kg uniformly distributed – 15. 000 kg, but not within the purpose of the dock leveller).
self bearing structure: campisacast system with perimeter vertical reinforcements.
finishing: side perimeter sendzimir galvanized sheets, dock leveller painted with degreasing, phosphating, two components epoxy rust-proof and two component epoxy ral 7005 final paint, oven dried. Lip ral 2000 painted.
operating: lift by hydraulic cylinder fitted with a safety valve in compliance with en 1398; hydraulic opening of the lip, forced hydraulic closing (not by gravity). Full-cycle single-push command (lift - lip opening - automatic descent at command release - lip closing and dock leveller lift by command release before maximum climb up, automatic descent to rest position).
lateral adjustment: while loading, the dock leveller follows the lateral inclination of the vehicle, within the limits prescribed by the european norm en 1398.
working max. Steepness: the maximum slope fixed by the en 1398 is 12,5% and is considered as slip limit. The maximum steepness superable by the used forklift trucks is recommended, generally of 8% and 4% for the transpallets.
powering and commands: electro hydraulic powerpack inside the pit 380 – 400 v three phased, with single-push command for the complete cycle; wall mount electro hydraulic consolle 230 v single phase allowing for an easy, safe, at eye level economic servicing, single command or multi function.
