Pk Hbl Hose Bibb Lock
Designed to prevent water theft and vandalism to outdoor faucets and hose spigots. Screws securely onto the end of any standard 3/4? garden hose bibb, yard hydrant, or vacuum breaker. The cover is placed over the fitting assembly and locked with any commercial pad-lock. Even if the bibb is fully opened, water will not flow unless you remove the hose bibb lock.
