Oxygen-free Copper Rod Upward Continuous Casting and Rolling Machine
This upward continuous casting system is used to produce bright and long oxygen-free copper rod.
The whole piece of electrolytic copper is melt into liquid by the induction furnace. The copper solution covered with charcoal is controlled temperature to 1150 ±10 and crystallized fast by the freezer. Then we can get the oxygen free copper rod which pass the frame of guide pulley, limit device and taken up by the double-head wind machine.
Specifications for finished oxygen–free copper rod:
3.Conductivity ≤0.01724Ω·mm2/m after drawing to φ3m or φ2.6mm copper wire
4.Oxygen content ≤10ppm
