Coastal Craft designed its 340 around the needs and demands of boating in the Pacific Northwest. It is the smallest twin engine model offered in the Coastal Craft line up and offers the most performance of any of these models. The 340 is powered with twin Volvo D6-370/DP and reaches top speeds of over 40 knots with economical cruising speeds ranging between hull speed (8 knots) and 35 knots. The hull design offers an exceptionally soft, stable and dry ride even in moderately rough seas. This favorable ride quality and speed offers owners the advantage of fast crossings or reducing their travel times to destinations. The Coastal Craft Finish - The superior yacht finishing and attention to detail found through out the boat is what sets this boat apart from any other boat in this size range. The use of solid cherry woods and quarter sawn veneer panels adds luxury and richness to a warm and inviting space. In the 340 every detail has been planned and executed to add a level of quality simply that is hard to find in any boat today. In planning and construction, nothing has been over looked or compromised. Whether you are comparing fiberglass boats, wooden boats or aluminum boats, the quality offered in all Coastal Craft models, including the 340 is hard to surpass. Equipment & Layout - The standard layout features that come on every new Coastal Craft 340 will ensure that you don't want for more. The spacious main cabin offers seating for 8 and dines 4.
