Typically a flat bed can be loaded with up to *44,000 pounds. One pallet of Spanish “S” is approximately 2,300 pounds.
*For Spanish S:
96 pieces per Square.
336 pieces or 3.5 squares per pallet.
19 pallets or 66.5 squares per truck.
12 pallets or 42 squares for roof-load delivery trucks.
*The load allowed may vary due to the size of the trailer, whether it carries a forklift on the back, and what the trailer is made of. Beyond that each State may have its own restrictions and the truck driver is ultimately responsible for insuring they are within legal weight limitations.
