DPPL – Delhi Propmart Private Limited will Charge in Sale & Purchase 1% plus Service Tax from each Buyer and Seller without negotiation.
Leasing & Renting Commerical/Residential/Industrial /Retails & IT Parks etc.
DPPL – Delhi Propmart Private Limited will Charge Lease & Renting 1 month rent plus Service Tax from each Lessor & Lessee without negotiation.
Renewal of Lease : 15 days commission for any renewal of lease from the LESSOR and LESSEE or the approaching party.
Registration Charges : As per circle rates and stamp duty charges (as applicable) by each parties and Advocate Fee depend on Location.
Our charges include all basic legal assistance, registration of documents before sub-registrar and title search report by DPPL- Delhi Propmart Private Limited Legal for all our clients. However, there would be separate legal expenses, if a complete due-diligence or a customized legal service is required. The legal expenses would depend on the extent of the work involved and would be communicated at the time of start of due-diligence for approval. The client has the flexibility of involving his/her own lawyer or can avail the services of DPPL- Delhi Propmart Private Limited Legal post acceptance of the proposed legal expenses.
