La Parmigiana followed the market evolution and introduced machines of high level technology. The wide productive range includes several models of high capacity from 10kg/h to 400kg/h. Model D45 was studied to satisfy the requirements of hotels, restaurants and fresh pasta shops. Thanks to its compact frame and the possibility to produce many pasta shapes, it can be coupled to the semi automatic ravioli machine to produce filled pasta.
Model D55 double hopper is a large scale pasta machine suitable for small factories and large scale pasta shops. This model is provided with an independant mixing hopper which enables to get a homogeneous dough of any flour or semolina type. The capacity of the mixing hopper allows to feed the extruder for a continuous production.
This machine is equipped with hoppers made in stainless steel, an extruder with a water cooling system, an electronic cutter for short pasta and a sophisticated electric main board. The mechanical parts do not need any maintenance or lubrication. The extruding pressure is designed to maintain perfect quality of the dough ingredients. Thus, the machine is positioned and designed for quality pasta in large volumes. It can be coupled with the automatic ravioli machine to get an assortment of ravioli shapes.
These models of the timetested range of 'La Parmigiana' pasta machines are particularly suitable for the exigences of small factones ond fresh pasta shops.
