La Parmigiana introduces the new double sheet ravioli machine to produce any size ravioli, tortelli and tortelloni.
The main characteristic of the machine is that it can mount both standard dies and by "La Parmigiana" patented ones, provided with a stuffing portioning device that does not need any operation to fit the portioning rods, not even by changing the product shape.
The stuffing is portioned and filled between the two sheets not to create any dribbling and to avoid the final product to opening while cooking; the operator is free to choose any ingredient for the stuffing.
The studying, and further realization favor the long duration of the main mechanical parts, the safety of the operator and the functioning versatility.
The machines are completely built in stainless steel and can work in tandem with sheet-machines or presses.
Moreover they are provided with stainless steel calibrating rollers to have the sheet of the required thickness and to adjust the stuffing portioning while the machine is working.
The cylinder, the rack piston and the stuffing portioning plate can be completely dismantled for an easy and fast cleaning.
