Dur-Red Products

Furnish where indicated on plans, Equipment Hatch, factory fabricated Dur-Red Products, Model No. EH with a 12" high curb. Lids, curb, and curb frame shall be 14 ga. galvanized iron, fully welded and ground smooth for absolute weather tightness; completely assembled with "heavy-duty" galvanized hinges; lid to have 1" fiberglass typical four sides, fiberglass protected by metal corners; painted with two coats of primer. Lid hardware has a two-point universal spring latch; inside, outside handle with padlocking provisions; "heavy-duty" Adjustable Torsion Spring; automatic hold-open and operating arms with red vinyl handle grip; and bulb-neoprene seal.
