Fiber added high strength heat insulation board adhesive

Dyk heat insulation board adhesive is supplied in 25 kg bags (3 layers kraft, one layer polyethylene)


12 months in a dry place in original packing. Standard taking size is maximum 8 folds stacking.
Where to use:
Bonding heat insulation boards to the walls, ceilings, on to plaster, concrete and cement blocks. Adhesive for xps expanded polystyrene, eps extruded polystyrene, rock wool etc. Insulation boards and for eifs (external insulation and finishing systems). Interior insulation of walls in structures above grade.

Technical characteristics:

Dyk heat insulation board adhesive is cement based fiber added heat insulation board adhesive with high adhesion characteristics, composed of portland cement, silica sand with special grain sizes, polymer and special additives for rapid curing, with no sagging even when used for large size insulation boards. Dyk heat insulation board adhesive provides ease of service, high adhesion strength without primer application, high stability and enhanced water repellent characteristic according to a formula developed in the dyk research laboratories. Mixed with water, dyk heat insulation board adhesive becomes an easily workable adhesive mortar that can be used with all kind of heat insulation boards. For bonding insulation boards to gypsum panels etc. Apply dyk 100 primer before hand. Dyk heat insulation board adhesive viable between -20 °c and +80 °c after application done. Dyk heat insulation board adhesive becomes very resistant to freeze and bad weather conditions.
