Waste Heat Boiler(WHB) which are designed and manufactured are widely using to recover waste heat according to heating medium and process.
WHB are designed and manufactured water-tube and fire-tube made of alloyed, high alloyed and stainless steel material according to flue gas physical features, contents, flow and process conditions.
WHB referred to as Heat Recovery Steam Generator(HRSG) at Combine Cycle Power Plant(CCPP) which produce superheated steam from turbine exhaust flue gas to generate electricity through steam turbine generator(STG).
Additionally WHB are widely using to produce superheated steam, saturated steam, super-heated water and hot water according to process requirements from high and low capacity turbine, gas and oil fired engines exhaust flue gas.
WHB are manufactured to recover waste heat from cement, steel, heat treatment oven, paint booth etc. process according to process requirements.
Eralp Kazan is manufacturing water tube waste heat boiler with “High Frequency Welded Finned Tube” used on heat transfer to transfer heat process fluid surfaces which is the first and single manufacturer in Turkey neither high capacity nor low capacity.
WHB are designed packaged with boiler body, pumps, control cabinets and damper to commissioning quickly on turbine and gas and oil engine power generators.
WHB system is delivering to customer and contractors key-turn with containers for outdoor applications referred as a skid type.
To generating steam, superheated hot water or hot water, process requirements are controlling optimum level by proportional controlled dampers.
Additionally WHB can integrate with fully automatic water treatment system.
CFD analyse are made on flue gas flow to obtain minimum back pressure for special process.
