1. Technique Introduction
It is an integrative equipment for lead acid batteries grinding and metal and non-metal separation. At first batteries are grinding and collect acid water by automatic machine. Then scrap batteries go to grinding and separation equipment. Finally metal and plastic can be obtained. This equipment has been combined the most advanced grinding and separation techniques in the world and adopted unique process technique. It works in enclosed environment and no waste water, drogs and poisonous gas give off during production.

3. Environmental Protection Standards
A. Emitted exhaust gas consists with secondary standard of “Emission Standard of Air Pollutant” (GB16297-1996)
B. The equipment uses negative pressure transportation, no dust in operation environment. Slight dust leak in the outlet can be manually controlled.

5. The acid water disposal (reference)

A,Regulating tank, mainly used for adjusting the water quality and making the waste lead dust and sediment, can be effective precipitation and collection. Regulating tank need install level controller and pump.

B, pH regulation and reaction pool: intermittent reactor operation and regulation of pH. Acid water will flow into reaction tank by pump. To control the water level, lye pump starts running at the same time. pH regulated by pH automatic control instrument control.

C, Coagulation and sedimentation: coagulation and sedimentation are together. Concrete is from lifting pipeline to concrete tank, pump will draw the water into concrete groove from reaction pool, flocculant use PAC, coagulant using PAM,

D, Adsorption, this project uses activated carbon adsorption to treat the lead water once again, and removal of tail water with floats.

E, The tail water system, the clean water tank, water level controller and pump, can reuse water in workroom and discharge.
