Esta is a family business, founded by a master European Chocolatier in Waterloo Ontario. Founder Abraham (Abe) is a third generation member of a Chocolatier family since 1953. Private Label European Truffles Abraham (Abe) is also co-owner of the core family business in Europe which is famous for serving most of the high end confectionary manufacturers. To make good Truffles we use the finest ingredients most of which are imported from Europe, and state of the art equipment. Of course with 30 years experience, passion and inspiration is also brought together to bring you our amazing Truffles. Our goal is to make the richest truffles at affordable prices for the North American market. Tradition and modern technology are combined to make the finest European Truffles in Canada. We will never compromise our high quality standards. We keep the same level of standards for our service and reliability as well. Our Truffles are amazing with a smooth outer layer of the finest chocolate. And on the inside it is filled with a mouth watering molten layer of divine caramel or heavenly hazelnut filling.
