Paprika AQUANAT, ECOTON is derived from red pepper (Capsicum annuum). Colour shades vary from peachy to orange-red. The paprika extract contains two carotinoid pigments: capsanthin and capsorubin. Both of them are oil-soluble and provide an orange, orange-red colour depending on the concentration used. Paprika extracts are heat-stable and indifferent to pH changes.
