The equipment consists of an extrusion machine of diameter 50, 75, 90, 100, 120 or 150 mm. with an L/D ratio of 45 diameters, with the plastifying cylinder and the screw manufactured in bimetallic steel, using the latest technology to achieve longer life with abrasive materials.
It includes a very efficient simple or double degassing system (in L/D 40), containing a vacuum pump with pre-filter and an automatic cleaner.
The shredded material can be introduced directly into the extrusion machine chute (the heavy material) or through the forced feeding system. This system, specially designed for ground film, avoids the agglomeration process and with that a significant degree of deterioration of the product and the high energy consumption which the agglomeration process involves.
The extrusion machine is joined to a large area filter changer, with digital control of the degree of use and automatic change of the filter using hydraulic action.
The pelletizing system is by vertical wet cutting on the head. It is self-cleaning and has a vertical centrifugal drying system. The material then passes through a vibrating screen with a free-flowing floor so as to finish cooling the pellets, classifying them and ensuring their size. Finally the equipment can include a silo with a highly efficient and simple automatic weighing system.
Control over all equipment is carried out from a computer screen, where the entire equipment can be viewed and which allows you to observe, vary and control all the parameters with utmost ease.
The motors are alternate current with frequency modulation to regulate the speed, so as to achieve an extremely high reliability and to eliminate maintenance operations on the direct current motors.
