QualiLine-C is an in-line inspection system which can be used to inspect a wide variety of castings. These include automotive engine blocks, cylinder heads, transmission systems and brake parts. Using multiple camera and illumination arrangements, these dedicated products capture images in several phases as the components pass in front of the cameras.

QualiLine-R systems feature cameras mounted on robotic arms and can be used for a variety of inspection applications, often of complete assemblies such as car mirrors, seats etc. The cameras can be moved around to allow different views and measurements of complex pieces or assemblies which might need considerably more cameras in a fixed configuration. QualiLine-R can also be used in functionality checks of complete assemblies such as car interior lights, where the robot can also operate switches as well as position the camera.
