3. We have the technology of producing cable with ultra high strength (above 1770 MPa)which can reduce the weight of PPWS and economize the cost of the project.
4. We are the first to unreel the 2625-meter-long strand (The parameter of tested strands is completely in conformance with the design demands of Jiangsu Runyang Yangtze River Bridge) and achieve a satis- factory result.
5. We have the new technology of PPWS protection (PPWS dry air technology and "S" shape wire wrapping technology). Which can prolong main cable's life.
6. Dry Air Method for Cable Corrosion-Resistance can clean out the water within the cable and ensure wires within it are in dry air. It can prevent the Steel wire from rust. Wrapping wires and strands by "S" or"Z" shape can ensure no gap on the surface and perfect waterproof and airproof so that the surface of strand becomes much more smooth.
7. We have the antiproof hanger technology
PPWS consists of high strength, parallel Steel wires with its section being hexagon, and bound with high intensity polyester tape, then install two sockets on both ends. PPWS is mainly used in suspension bridge. The following two specifications: 91Φ 5, 127Φ 5 are used most widely in various of bridges.
