The FENOX cooling system sensors – these are coolant temperature sensors and fan turning-on sensors. The temperature sensor has a resistor actuation circuit – in case of temperature elevation there occurs a drop in the thermistor resistance resulting in the current intensity growth which turns on the fan and changes the indicator’s position.
The main distinctions of the FENOX temperature sensors are as follows:
1. A ‘troche’-like thermistor is employed, which thermistor ensures precision of measurements;
2. The insulation is performed with a flexible sealing material;
3. A fail-safe terminal connector is employed.
