Oak (Quercus ilex) comes from the Holm Oak tree that produces honeydew from August to September. Honey from honeydew, forest honey: it is produced by the bees from the sweet juice excretions, usually, of pine, fir, oak, cork tree and other herbaceous plants.
Heather (Erica spp.). Bushes from the Erica species: E. Tetralix L., E. Scoparia L., E. Arbórea L., E. Australis L., E. Vagans L., etc. Harvests in summer.
Light amber color, main. 70 mm Pfund. Generally with clear reddish tones. Intense and very persistent aroma of fallen leaves in autumn, hummus and wild mushrooms.
