Our Bavelloni SB15 shaped beveller allows us to produce high quality finishing on circles, ovals and radius corners on glass up to 19mm thick.

Our arrissing machine is the first preparation process before toughening. As you can see the edges are taken off the glass with a twin belt, in order to seal the edges of the glass before toughening

The Glass is then placed in our harp racks in order of reference and customer. This also helps the Toughening Plant operator to optimise the furnace better.
