Rapeseed oil has a particularly high proportion of oleic acid and the essential fatty acids land linolenic acids. The linoleic acid is the main representative of the much discussed omega-3-fatty acids. These strengthen the immune system and have a positive influence on blood clotting and blood fat levels. Fleur Real cold pressed rapeseed oil was introduced in September 2003 by the Stiftung Warentest GUT with (1.9) and was awarded for its excellent price / performance ratio, the second-best oil in the test.
