Flour Mills of Fiji has been in operation since 1973. Initially, the Company with only one mill was set up to mill flour and sharps only, with a capacity of approximately 200 tonnes per day.However, with the growth in the local and export market the production capacity has grown for 4 folds and grinds 470 tonnes of wheat per day.
