These are convenience goods, designed for people in a hurry, emergencies, unexpected guests, comfort etc.
They are especially indicated for garnishes and salads. Other ingredients (fried foods, sauces, fried eggs, etc.) can be added before they are brought to table to make complete dishes.
Market tendencies imposed by today's consumer, who values traditional rice but does not have the time and the culinary culture to prepare it, but also wants new sensations, favour the diversification of products and regional, ethnic and exotic dishes are a clear example of this.
