FPD's high temperature vacuum and electric box furnaces are used to heat treat forged and machined components as well as apply proprietary coatings to medical products. The thermal processing department can provide our customers with a number of patented porous coatings. We also perform vacuum heat-treating, annealing, sintering and diffusion bonding to the most demanding aerospace, military and medical standards. Our metallurgical knowledge and modern heat-treat equipment complement in-house forging, machining, assembly and engineering capabilities, providing an integrated manufacturing solution to our customers.
