Description: solid cast, well proportioned bronze figure of osiris wearing the atef crown and carrying the traditional crook and flail. The god is shown in the guise of a mummy, indicative of his association with death and resurrection. He is swathed in a tight shroud from which the hands alone protrude, left arm over right. Details are slightly worn but evident. He wears a braided divine beard. The white crown he wears has a ureaus in front, its tail winding up the surface of the crown, flanked by two striated ostrich feathers. Integral rectangular base with black wood display stand
