High Performance Pigmented Urethane, 9300 is a single pack, fast cure self crosslinking urethane. It is a high performance pigmented coating which provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance. It dries and cures very rapidly. In most environments, 9300 will dry in under an hour and cure completely in as little as four days. 9300 High performance pigmented urethane is recommended for use on wood floors, high end millwork, cabinets and furniture and exterior wood surfaces such as entry doors. For exterior applications, 9300 must be used as both seal coat and topcoat. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
150-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9560 primer according to product specifications for interior applications. Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9300 urethane as a sealer for exterior applications.

3. Sand
Sand the primed surface with 180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper.

4. Seal(optional)
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9300 topcoat as a sealer for porous surfaces such as oak to help fill the grain. When the surface is completely dry, repeat step 3.

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9300. Repeat steps 3 and 5 for additional build and protection.

High Solids “Off-White” Primer, 9560 is the primer/under coater of choice. 9560 can be used on all unfinished interior wood surfaces as well as MDF and Hardboard for superior grain filling capabilities. 9560 can seal open cut MDF in One coat. This product can be applied vertically as well as horizontally by brush or spray. 9560 dries very rapidly and sands easily. It contains high solids and very low VOC. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
150-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9560 primer to unfinished surface using a brush or spray gun.

3. Sand
Sand the primed surface with 180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper.

4. Seal(optional)
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for additional build.

5. Topcoat
Apply according to product specifications.

Kitchen Cabinet Pigmented Coating has been designed to meet the demands of the most detailed cabinet maker. 9200 provides a hard, chemical resistant surface that will last. This product has excellent block resistance and great UV protection. 9200 can be used on kitchen cabinets, interior and exterior doors, as well as trim and moldings. Dry times can easily be accelerated with the use of heat and air movement achieving a sandable finish in only minutes. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand

necessary for MDF or Hardboard)

2. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9560 primer according to product specifications, or 9200
can be used as a self sealing product for added water resistance.

3. Sand
Sand the primed surface with 180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper.

4. Seal(optional)
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9200 topcoat as a sealer for porous surfaces such as oak to help fill the grain. When the surface is completely dry, repeat step 3.

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 9200. Repeat steps 3 and 5 for additional build and protection.

Universal Acrylic Topcoat is a high solids water based acrylic topcoat designed for various interior wood substrates. Typical uses include shutters, trim, doors, moldings, and furniture. Designed for maximum performance when used in conjunction with 9560 primer. Typical application is one to two coats depending on quality desired and substrate preparation. Dry times can easily be accelerated with the use of heat and air movement achieving a sandable finish in only minutes. Compatible with most finishing systems and equipment types, hand spray or automated. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand

Vacuum Coat White Primer, 9802 is the primer of choice for industrial applications. 9802 can be used on all unfinished interior wood surfaces as well as MDF and Hardboard for superior grain filling capabilities. 9802 has rapid drying characteristics, and can be exposed to heated curing systems immediately after application. This product can be applied by spray, roll coater, vacuum coater, or curtain coater for the most stringent primer lines. It contains high solids and very low VOC. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand

2. Seal
Apply 1-4 wet mils of 9802 primer to unfinished surface using industrial equipment.

3. Sand
Sand the primed surface with 180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper.

4. Seal(optional)
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for additional build.

5. Topcoat
Apply according to product specifications.
