260 Waterborne Industrial Urethane is a single pack, fast cure aluminum oxide modified urethane. It is a nearly water white clear coating which provides superior chemical and abrasion resistance. It dries and cures very rapidly. 260 is a self-sealing product; however, for interior applications only, it may be
used with a sanding sealer such as 365 Sanding Sealer. In most environments, 260 will dry in under an hour and cure completely in as little as four days.

260 Waterborne Urethane is recommended for use on wood floors, high end millwork, cabinets and furniture.

260 Waterborne Urethane is recommended for exterior applications which require superior UV protection such as custom entry doors. For exterior applications, 260 must be used as both seal coat and topcoat. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Stain (Optional)
Apply according to product specifications.

3. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 260 as a seal coat to the dried stained surface.

4. Sanding
Allow 260 to dry completely, and thoroughly sand with 220-320 grit Aluminum
Oxide Sand paper

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 260. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for additional build and
protection.

380 Water Clear Varnish is a 34% solid, self-crosslinking acrylic coating which builds quickly and has great chemical resistance. It is recommended for use on kitchen cabinets, furniture, millwork, case goods and store fixtures. 380 dries quickly and sands easily. It has excellent abrasion resistance and salt spray
resistance.

380 may be used as an exterior coating if pigmented. When pigmented, it is an excellent choice for pre-primed metal doors, wood shutters, and exterior furniture.

380 Water Clear Varnish is an excellent replacement for traditional conversion varnishes. It is a non-flammable, non-hazardous, single pack coating which requires neither catalyst nor solvent. In most applications, it will build more rapidly than solvent based varnishes. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Stain (Optional)
Apply according to product specifications.

3. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 380 as a seal coat to the dried stained surface.

4. Sanding
Allow 380 to dry completely, and thoroughly sand with 220-320 grit Aluminum
Oxide Sand paper

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 380. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for additional build and
protection.

DPA High Solids Seal and Finish is a 46% solids, acrylic coating recommended for interior applications such as furniture, millwork, case goods and store fixtures. It dries quickly and builds quickly.

Use this product as both sealer and topcoat for best results. It can also be used as a high build sealer for other coatings. 455 can be used for single coat applications.

455 DPA High Solids Seal and Finish is a good choice as an alternative to nitrocellulose lacquers. It is compatible with acetone, alcohol, water based and most lacquer based stains. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
150-180 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Stain (Optional)
Apply according to product specifications.

3. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 455 as a seal coat to the dried stained surface.

4. Sanding
Allow 455 to dry completely, and thoroughly sand with 180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 455. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for additional build and protection.

Water Clear Sanding Sealer High Viscosity is a thicker version of 365 Water Clear Sanding Sealer designed for use with 375 Waterborne Pre-Cat Lacquer. 360 dries quickly and sands easily as well as provides an excellent film build. Dry times can be significantly reduced with the use of heat and air.

Multiple coats of 360 may be used to help build and seal prior to the application of a topcoat. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Stain (Optional)
Apply according to product specifications.

3. Seal
Apply 2-4 wet mils of 360 as a seal coat to the dried stained surface.

4. Sanding
Allow 360 to dry completely, and thoroughly sand with 180-220 grit Aluminum
Oxide Sand paper. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for additional build.

5. Topcoat
Apply 3-5 wet mils of Fuhr 375 Pre-Cat Lacquer.

Water Clear Sanding Sealer is a water based acrylic sanding sealer designed for use with 375 Waterborne Pre-Cat Lacquer. 365 dries quickly and sands easily. Typical dry time to touch, in ambient conditions, is 5 minutes; to light handling, 8 minutes; and to sanding, 15 minutes. Dry times can be significantly
reduced with the use of heat and air.

Waterborne Pre-Cat Lacquer, 375 is a 29% solids, self-crosslinking acrylic coating used for a hand rubbed, low build look. 375 is most commonly used in the furniture and kitchen cabinet industries. It provides great chemical and scratch resistance. Application Method 1. Prep. Sand
180-220 grit Aluminum Oxide Sand paper

2. Stain (Optional)
Apply according to product specifications.

3. Seal
Apply 3-5 wet mils of 375 as a seal coat to the dried stained surface.

4. Sanding
Allow 375 to dry completely, and thoroughly sand with 220-320 grit Aluminum
