Gfg has designed, built and installed paint coating lines in various configurations. One of the most versatile line configurations is shown below complete with a chemical coater, prime coater, finish a and finish b coater. By utilizing the combination of finish a and finish b coaters, color changes can be made on the fly with virtually no scrap and no down time. Other gfg line configurations include vertical coaters and wet sections, and z line configurations.
