A three-chamber system destined for producing elements of exterior development, requiring thermal insulation: entrance enclosures, store-fronts, windows, balcony doors.
It allows to build structures classified to the material group RMG 2.1.
A three-chamber structure improves functioning of the system and it encourages investors to use Ponzio NT 60PT. The additional chamber makes increasing of rigidity. Thanks to it, in NT 60PT it is possible to accomplish structures of great dimensions.
Thermal plates: straight and in a shape of omega to be 16 mm wide.
The structure depth of sections for leaves is 60-68 mm and for frames 60 mm.

The initial material for production of our windows is pine timber, oak or shorea of 12% humidity. Three-layer plywood with separated knots, glued with waterproof glues, is made of timber. Then, window elements are made of plywood, in a machining centre and other specialist machine tools. After gluing rails the next operation is immersed proofing in impregnants of ADLER company. Dried up elements are filled and ground before applying lacquer. The next stage is fitting with hardware of ROTO company. In the last station there is installing an aluminium profile, which aims to drain of water, place gaskets under a window pane, place a heat-insulating window pane, screw down window boards as well as force in silicone between wooden elements and a window pane in order to seal perfectly. STRUCTURE single-frame DJ-68 (JV-68) profile FRAME, SASH three-layer glued wood; pine or mahogany-shorea, oak HARDWARE of German ROTO company GLAZING window panes of float, thermo-float type, double sets of 4 mm (4/16/4) window pane thickness. Possible burglar and sound glazing. ASTRAGALS interior-pane and exterior, (sticked on and to remove); interior aluminium to be from 8 to 45 mm wide, exterior wooden to be 25-40 mm wide PAINTING three times, using paints of ADLER company WINDOW FUNCTIONS open out, hopper, open out and hopper, accordion, sliding OVERALL HEAT-TRANSFER COEFFICIENT to U=0,9 (W/m2K) SOUND INSULATION FACTOR Rw=32-43 dB

The initial material for production of our windows is pine timber, oak, shorea of 12% humidity. Four-layer plywood with separated knots, glued with waterproof glues, is made of timber. Then, window elements are made of plywood, in a machining centre and other specialist machine tools. After gluing rails the next operation is immersed proofing in impregnants (of ADLER company).
Dried up elements are filled with wood fillers and ground before applying lacquer (of ADLER company using a method of airless spraying).
