Numeric control automatic bridge sawing machine - 0 to 370° swivel head manually tilting from 0° to 45° for blade (0° to 90° for optional automatical tilting head) with up to 625 mm diameter - top monoblock with tilting table - the easy version on walls of concrete without table - on request cuts from cad/dxf - profiles and templates, optical templates detector
The ideal machine for small series works in industrial and small firms' workshops, easy to use, compact and efficient. It can be manually operated or it can perform automatically parallel, perpendicular and diagonal cuts, arcs and circumferences (cuts from CAD, profiles and templates on demand) using head's orientation and the interpolation of fast movements on recirculating ball slide guides driven by brush less motors. CNC single block version does not require foundation and the table inserted in the structure of the machine is equipped with tilting table to facilitate material loading.
The main structures of the machine - head-holder bridge, lateral shoulders (and CNC slab holder table) - are all in electrowelded steel structure, hot dipped zinc plating and stabilized to guarantee a perfect dimensional stability and long life. The blade-holder head is in electrowelded steel with vertical motion (axis Z) on guides and recirculating ball slide guides. The blade cover casing is in stainless steel with plastic cover and the protections of the guides have dust protection bellows. The superficial protection cycle of the machine consists of sandblasting and hot zinc plating of surfaces to guarantee perfect long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Motion axes run by brush less motors with absolute encoder that keeps stored the positions of axes also in case of power shortage and does not require reset cycle at each machine start.
On demand the machine can be equipped also with:
Cut from CAD/DXF, Profile and shape, Optical templates detector, Parametric figures, GMM Touch drawing program.
Machine safety: the machine supplied adheres to all current CE European safety standards and has a photoelectric cut out barrier mounted at the front of the sawing area and another 'kill switch' mounted on the blade guard. The blade-cover guard is internally soundproof coated. A safety cut out will stop the machine in case of a lack of water to the blade. The machine is fitted with a micro switch under the head to cut out in the event of the head running into the stone to fast or the stone being to thick to cut. The machine has a load limiter for the blade motor, this can be pre set to cut out at a certain load to prevent undue stress to the blade. The power and water supplies are carried and protected by nylon cable-holding chains from the connection to the base of the machine to the electrical panel and from the latter to the operating head. Automatic system of cooling water distribution. The lubrication of the main points of the machine is centralized and executed manually.
