Large size sawing machine for small and industrial workshops, it can cut with the appropriate tools slabs and mainly blocks, both marble and granite, with manual or automatic operation. It associates great solidity to user friendliness.
The main structures of the machine are all made in cast iron, to guarantee resistance over time to corrosion, perfect dimensional stability and minimum acoustic resonance. Large size bridge usually used to build multi-blade block-cutting machines. Stainless steel blade cover casings and guides' guards for maximum duration.
The superficial protection cycle of the machine entails sandblasting and preliminary washing of fusion jets and successive three-layer painting coating.
Forward/backward motion of the bridge:
Bridge transfer occurs on guides with rolls in oil bath, protected and positioned on masonry parts, it is driven by a pair of pinions and racks synchronised and without clearance. The shifts can be made either manually at controlled variable speed operating the relative buttons or automatically with a user controlled program.The position is displayed in tenths of millimetres on the display of the pushbutton station.
Cutting/return motion of the slide:
The horizontal motion of the blade-holder slide driven by a pinion/rack couple occurs on guides with rolls in oil bath without maintenance, protected by a guard from water infiltrations and dust. The cutting and return speeds of the blade-holder head have a different electronic setting, from the pushbutton station.
Electronic setting of cutting and return end of stroke of the operating head. Possible reduction of advance speed at the start of each stroke both in progress and in return to improve the cut.
Upward/downward motion of the blade:
The operating head slides vertically on chrome-plated guides, efficiently closed by a protection guard, with user-controlled upward and downward end of stroke. The positioning accuracy is controlled by an electric drive operated by inverter and encoder. For increased productivity in granite cutting the vertical increments are interpolated with the horizontal motion, so that during the cut the head starts going down even before reaching the horizontal end of stroke of cut and return.
The motor unit flanged spindle, small overall size, directly linked to the blade is equipped with an efficient automatic system of cooling water distribution.
Among accessories on demand there is a choice of combinations of motors and speed reducers with belts different than standard ones to fit them to the characteristics of the materials to machine and to the different diameters of blades applicable.
Table's manual rotation can be locked pneumatically in any position from 0° to 360° from operator's station post. Steady stops every 90° with reference small columns.
Commands and controls:
Floor electrical cabinet with a panel containing all basic commands, remote control switches, thermal protections, general switch with door/locking and operating electronics. Pendant pushbutton station with keyboard, floppy disc driver and 12,1" TFT colour display showing programming steps and positions of motion axes; supported by a hinged arm, can be easily handled in the area between the cabinet and the table during the preparation of machining.
