(2)The height of heater is adjustable and its automatic to back up with safety device when power is off. (3) The heater with ceramics radiator features instantly heating, electricity saving and it is able to be evenly distributed. (4)There are heat proof boards between the heater and forming mould to prevent heat venting. ( 5)The feeding is controlled by computer and rotary encoder to precisely measure different kind of plastic material including PVC, PS, PP, PET, PE. (6) Our Thermoforming Machine steps by feeding, heating, forming, and cutting with computerized and automatic PLC systems and operations to complete goods and products.
