Our equipment provides for fruit pulp de-aeration and treatment to obtain enzyme deactivation to avoid oxidation. The pulp/juice is passed through pasteurization/sterilization cycle in a plate heat exchanger or a Spiratron. This pulp/juice is then sent to the concentration section.
The juice/pulp is further evaporated by techniques such as:Falling Film Type- For products with low viscosity
Forced Circulation Type
Scraped Surface Type: For products having high viscosity
Evaporators can be offered in a single or multi stage effect execution, depending upon the customer requirements with a combination of the above systems
